When you go to blogger.com, then you will first see the page exactly same as above picture. If you a have Gmail account then continue to login or create a new account using the "Sign Up" Button located at the top of the page. After clicking sign up, you will see the following webpage.
Fill up all the details and now check mark "I agree to the terms and conditions" after reading it. And Click Sign Up.
2.Create A New Blog
After successfull creation of gmail account, you will see the blogger dashboard like this.
Now Click the "New Blog" Button and enter the details about your blog as shown in screenshot below.
In Title column enter your blog title as PR Blogger like mine, next enter your blog address in Address field, Then Choose the template which best suits your blog.
3.Create Your First Post
After creating your website you will go thorough this webpage looking like this.
Click the Pencil button to create your first post.
Enter the post title in "Post Title" Field, Then write your content below in the large white space provided. If you want to categorize your posts then click on labels and enter your post category. After Completion of writing your post click "Publish" Button Or "Save" Button to complete it later.
After writing your first post, you will be able to see it in your blog.
