Display Your Profile Picture In Google Search Results

 Google has introduced displaying the the author profile picture next to Google search results. This is a good news for all the authors. Google Doesn't show profile picture of all the blog authors. It only shows the pictures of authors who as Quality content. This is the main reason why Google doesn't show your profile picture. After seeing many tutorials on this article, I have noticed some small things missed by us. Lets Cover them and learn now How to show your profile picture in Google search results.

Displaying Author Profile In Google Search Results.

Lets make the steps simple:

• 1. Add the below code anywhere in your template or sidebar, It should be displayed in every page. I added it on my footer.

• 2. Create a About Me page, In that page write about yourself and Link your Name with your Google plus profile URL with the below code. In the About Me page Add the profile picture of your Google plus. Check out my About Me page.

NOTE: Both the Google+ID's  Should be same in Step 1 and Step 2

• 3. Now add the below code anywhere as same Step 1. This step links to your about me page and Step 1 steps to your Google plus

4. Now go to google plus profile and add your blog URL And about me page URL In Contributer to section,  And make it public. Add your about me page URL in Other Profile Section.

You have noe completed all the tags required for verifying your authorship for google. I all the above steps make sure rel=author and rel=me are correct without any spelling mistakes. A single mistake causes a great headache. To test whether Authorship is working or not, Google rovides us with a tool to test. Along with your homepage check your post and pages links to ensure the added links are displaying in every page. If your profile piture is displaying, then you have verified your Authorship with Google. Wait upto 1 or 2 months to see the result. In some cases it displays early. • Add Some People To Your Circles
• Complete Your Google+ Profile
• Add A Square Shape Image In Your About Me Page And Google Plus Profile Picture
• Make Sure That The Picture In About Me Page And Google Plus Profile Picture Is Same.
• Make Sure Links Added In Contributor Section Are Public
