We all know that Google has stopped free sign ups for Google Apps. But there is still a way to get free Google Apps account. With the Google Apps we can create our own email like yourname@yourwebsite.com. Google is serving free for previously created accounts, But not accepting to create a new free accounts, you need to pay for it. Ok now lets stop the introduction and go to the matter.
Getting A Free Account From Google Apps
- Go to appengine.google.com, sign-in with your Google Account and create a new Application. You may fill in any dummy date and click the “Create Application” button.
- Open the “Dashboard” and on the next screen, click the link that says “Application Settings.”
- Scroll down and choose “Add Domain” to associate a domain with your App Engine application.
- That’s it. Now you should see a link to sign-up for the free edition of Google Apps. You may either use your existing domain or buy one through Google Apps.
Note: Google says that you will be able to create only one user through this process, But when I tested i can create upto 10.
Adding Another Domain To Present Google Apps Account
Google is continuing to serve free for previously accounts, So its a good news if you have already an account with them. If you buy a new domain then its easy to add it to the present account. To add your new domain follow the below steps.
- In the classic Admin console, click Domain settings > Domain names.
- In the new Admin console, click Domains.
- Select Add A Domain.
